Dogs are pack animals by nature. They thrive with other dogs in their lives. Through their interactions, dogs at The Pampered Pet learn how to interact with other dogs, how to get along peaceably, and in many cases, learn how to play. Daily exercise helps improve overweight dogs' metabolism, and gives many high-energy dogs a way to release the prey and defense drives which are repressed by living in our domestic world. Many dogs who see only their owners everyday can learn to trust other people they meet through interactive boarding.

Dogs / Cats receive personal attention and lots of love and care with 24 hour supervision while they are away from their family enjoying their boarding stay. The Pampered Pet service is designed as a home away from home. Dogs are giving four 20 minutes exercise and potty breaks and short potty breaks as needed per day or night with adult supervision in a secure fenced in yard and just like home, always sleeping inside a home with loving people. so they don't go though the stress of feeling abandoned, instead they experience fun playmates and another family which loves them. We take great care to recreate the routine and the level of affection dogs experience at home, watching television on the couch, sleeping in bed with us if not crate trained or sleeping in their crate if perferred. All dogs and families are interviewed before being accepted for daycare or boarding , so dog owners don't have to worry about their dog being left with overly aggressive or problem dogs. A maximum of eight dogs boarding at any one time ensures your dog gets quality attention and lavished with love & affection throughout their stay.There is a $10 interview fee per family. Interviews are given by appointment only.
